BOTTEGA VENETA GEMELLI BAG
There's been a lot of unreleased Bottega Veneta hitting the streets in Los Angeles in the last few weeks. A$AP Rocky was seen in a pair of (leather) jeans, a jacket and an oversized strawberry candy-coloured-pink Andiamo bag and Kendall Jenner has been seen various times in the last week sporting head-to-toe BV moments - most notably with the new chosen one, the Gemelli bag in tow. Turns out all these looks were all part of Matthieu Blazy's Pre-Spring 2024 collection, inspired by his childhood wardrobe and the idea of special pieces, instead of put-together looks. It's a brilliantly-BV collection of everything that Blazy does best.
But back to the Gemelli. The new clever, innovative shoulder bag features a detachable tubular shoulder strap and two half-moon zipped compartments, joined by the padded leather cord. Handcrafted in the brand's signature Intrecciato, the two compartments are contoured by spherical padded piping for ultimate smooth round flow. The bag comes in two sizes, medium and large, and in classic black, deep brown Fondant, a beige Travertine and pure white. See the full Pre-Spring 2024 collection below.
