GUCCI'S ELECTRIC DREAMS AT THE TATE MODERN
Gucci has teamed up with arts powerhouse and revered gallery, Tate Modern, for the Electric Dreams: Art and Technology Before the Internet exhibition. Following its cruise 2025 campaign featuring Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry and staging its most recent cruise show in the hallowed Tate Modern Tanks, Gucci and the arts space continue their collaboration with this new display.
Spanning the tech revolution of the 1950s to the dawn of the internet, Electric Dreams offers a fascinating journey through the visual culture that shaped the digital age. The exhibition brings together over 70 artists and more than 150 works, from mind-bending psychedelic art to pioneering video synthesizers. It’s a compelling mix of past, present, and future, showcasing how technology influenced artistic expression long before the internet as we know it. Running until June 1, 2025, you’ll have plenty of time to head on over and explore the Tate x Gucci love child.
